Repairs

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must obtain though us before we consider any repairs to your Guard Tourer.

If Guard Tourer has failed due to a manufacturing defect within the 3 years warranty, we will either replace or repair it at no expense to you.

If we find that Guard Tourer has stopped working due to misuse we will issue you a report and charge you an evaluation fee.

Please contact us to obtain an RMA.

Returns

If, for any reason you are not happy with Guard Tourer and you do not wish to keep your goods, you can return it to us at your own expense within 30 days.

We will not accept your return if the product is not in a saleable condition. You must return Guard Tourer with all of the accessories that was supplied with it. If the product is not sent to us in this condition, you may not get a full refund.
